Dear Ms. Miller: In your letter dated August 17, 2007 you requested a tariff classification ruling for liquefied petroleum gas. The product is described as a liquefied petroleum gas consisting of: 72.5-76.5% propane (CAS-74-98-6), 23.5-27.5% n-butane (CAS-106-97-8), 3.0% iso-butane (CAS-75-28-5) and 0.3% ethane (CAS-74-84-0). The product will be imported in bulk in pressurized tanks for use as a spray paint propellant.
