The item concerned is a Power Steering Pump Pulley Assembly (Part # 56480-PC1-020) that is used in conjunction with the power steering pump to transmit power from a belt running from the crankshaft of the automobile. The power is used to operate the power steering pump, which supplies the power needed to operate the steering rack. The pulley is made of steel, with a diameter of 110 mm and a thickness of 13.7 mm. The applicable classification subheading for the Power Steering Pump Pulley Assembly (Part # 56480-PC1-020) will be 8708.99.8180, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Parts…of … motor vehicles … : Other parts … : Other: Other: Other: Other: Other: Other”.
