Your sample will be returned as requested. Submitted sample, style #213636, is a woman’s maternity jacket constructed from 100% cotton woven fabric. The garment extends from the shoulder to the waist and features a collar with self-fabric covered buttons, ¾ length sleeves with self-fabric covered buttoned cuffs, full front opening secured by one self-fabric covered button and one snap closure, slant pockets at the waist and a hemmed bottom. The garment also has two buttoned tabs on each side of the upper back. The applicable subheading for the style 213636 will be 6211.42.0075, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of cotton: jackets and jacket-type garments excluded from heading 6202.
