The merchandise is a three-sided tomato trellis made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coated steel wire (94 percent steel and 6 percent PVC), item number A026BA01012. You indicate in your letter that the tomato trellis will be used in the garden as a support for tomato plants as they grow. Each side of the item measures approximately 18 inches in width and 47 inches in height. The tomato trellis is available in black or green. The applicable subheading for the tomato trellis will be 7326.20.0070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of iron or steel, articles of iron or steel wire, other. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
