The merchandise is a zippered pencil case made of aluminum (item number DPCI081142263). Oblong in shape, it measures approximately 8 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. The exterior of the pencil case has a green and white heart design and a drawing of a young girl and boy about to kiss. The applicable subheading for the pencil case will be 7616.99.5090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of aluminum, other. The rate of duty will be 2.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
