Item no. 60103 is described as Chocolate Dessert Sauce in a solid form weighing 2.5 kilograms in foil, packed in cardboard cases. It will be melted down and uses as a dessert sauce. It is said to be composed of 27.1 percent glucose syrup (81.5 brix), 23.33 percent water, 21.1 percent sugar, 17.5 percent cocoa paste, 2.63 percent nonfat dry milk, 1.55 percent cocoa powder and 0.01 percent vanilla.
