The sample submitted consists of a pool table measuring approximately 84 inches x 46 inches x 31 inches which includes the two base legs. The pool table is made and sold with a table tennis board, which can be placed on top of the pool table, thus allowing children to play both indoor games. The applicable subheading for the Games Tables will be 9504.90.9080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Articles for arcade, table or parlor games… parts and accessories thereof, Other: Other: Other. The rate of duty will be Free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
