Dear Ms. Huang and Ms. Cheung: In your letter dated May 29, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. The submitted sample, Reference No. BR052907, is a pair of men’s shorts constructed from 100% polyester, woven fabric. The shorts are fully lined with mesh fabric and feature a drawstring threaded through a flat waistband with five belt loops; a fly front opening with hook and loop closures; a snap closure on the waistband; quarter pockets on each side; a rear right welt pocket; and hemmed leg openings.
