Sample # 1 has a corded piping that measures between 4 and 5.5 millimeters. Sample # 2 has a corded piping that ranges from 4 to 4.5 millimeters. Sample # 3 features a corded piping that measures 5-6 millimeters. These comforters will be made in Pakistan. The outer shell of the complete comforter is made from 100 percent polyester woven fabric. It is filled with down. Quilt stitching extends through all three layers. Piping has been inserted in the edge seam. This comforter will be made in China.

The applicable subheading for polyester comforter will be 9404.90.8522, HTSUS, that provides for mattress supports; articles of bedding and similar furnishing (for example, mattresses, quilts, eiderdowns, cushions, pouffes and pillows) fitted with springs or stuffed or internally fitted with any material or of cellular rubber or plastics, whether or not covered: other: other: other: quilts, eiderdowns, comforters and similar articles… with outer shell of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 12.8 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The polyester comforter falls within textile category designation 666.
