The storage device contains four flash card slots, and contacts that connect to the flash cards when they are inserted into the slot. It connects to an automatic data processing (ADP) machine with Bluetooth technology rather than a cable. The storage device transfers data between media cards for an electronic device (such as a digital camera or handheld device) and a computer without having to connect the device itself to the computer. It accepts various memory cards, smart cards, flash cards, and memory sticks. It contains four data storage modes: FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, and NTFS.

The merchandise under consideration is an internal USB flash card storage device that reads and writes data (model CAB-200). It is configured with Bluetooth technology and an interface for flash memory cards. The Bluetooth technology has a transceiver that enables wireless connectivity. The device measures 4 inches x 1 inch x 5.68 inches, and consists of a main printed circuit board, a sub-printed circuit board assembly, a flexible printed circuit, the Bluetooth module, a front bezel, a top cover, and a chassis. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
