The sample you submitted is a blue aluminum sports bottle with a plastic cap (item number 951769). There is a split wire ring and a carabiner clip attached to the neck of the bottle for fastening to clothing or backpacks. The sports bottle holds 16.9 ounces of liquid and is also available in the color red. The applicable subheading for the aluminum sports bottle will be 7616.99.5090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of aluminum, other. The rate of duty will be 2.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
