The bag has a leather strap with a button snap closure across the center. In addition, it has leather trim on the bottom corners. The interior of the bag is lined with a printed fabric having one open divided pocket.

Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19112-1404 RE: The tariff classification of a bamboo tote bag from the Philippines Dear Mr. Hoffacker: In your letter dated February 5, 2007, which was received in our office on April 9, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The request was made on behalf of the importer, Sugartown Worldwide Inc. A sample of the product to be classified, the “Starbright Handbag”, style # 66780, was submitted. The sample will be returned to you as you requested. The product is a large, tote-style bag measuring approximately 15” wide x 11” high x 5” deep. The bag is constructed of dyed strips of bamboo, interwoven together in a herringbone pattern. The rim of the bag, which incorporates two short handles, is made of gold colored leather. The bag has a leather strap with a button snap closure across the center. In addition, it has leather trim on the bottom corners. The interior of the bag is lined with a printed fabric having one open divided pocket.
