Dear Mr. Sanders: In your letter dated April 4, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Four representative samples were submitted which differ mainly in color. They are identified as styles Manhatten RD-White (37-1120-01), Manhatten RD-Off White (37-1120-02), Manhatten RD-Muslin (37-1120-03) and Manhatten RD-Beige (37-1120-04), respectively. All of the materials are of 100% polyester man-made fiber, woven construction and contain an acrylic plastics coating on their posterior surface. This milky white coating is visible to the naked eye.
