We are returning your sample as per your request. The submitted sample, style 5224R, is a cut and sewn cardigan constructed from 100% polyester polar fleece knit fabric whose outer surface measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the direction in which the stitches are formed. The garment features a drawstring hood with a pompon on the end of each string, long sleeves with hemmed cuffs, a full front opening with a zippered closure, a pocket on each front panel and a loose fitting hemmed bottom. The applicable subheading for style 5224R will be 6110.30.3059, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: of man made fibers: other: other: other: other: women’s or girls: other. The rate of duty will be 32%. Style 5224R falls within textile category designation 639.
