The instant sample, identified as “Stuffed Little Einstein Spaceship”, is a cushion. The outer shell is made from various polyester fabrics that include pile, woven, knit and coated. It is stuffed with a polyester fiberfill. Printed on the cushion are “Little Einstein” characters. The cushion measures approximately 20 x 12 inches. You indicate that the cushion will be sold in the bedding section and compliments bedding designs of sheet sets and comforters. The applicable subheading for the cushion will be 9404.90.2000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for mattress supports; articles of bedding and similar furnishing (for example, mattresses, quilts, eiderdowns, cushions, pouffes and pillows) fitted with any material or of cellular rubber or plastics, whether or not covered: other: pillows, cushions and similar furnishings: other. The duty rate will be 6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. Subheading 9404.90.2000, HTSUS is not assigned a textile category designation.
