You have submitted photographs of the following articles, which will be used as Halloween costumes: Pinocchio Nose (Style 14722), Large Ears with Attached Nose & Glasses (Style 14736), Large Ears (Style 14739) and Long Horns (Style 14740). The applicable subheading for the Pinocchio Nose (Style 14722), Large Ears with Attached Nose & Glasses (Style 14736), Large Ears (Style 14739) and Long Horns (Style 14740) will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other."
