Dear Mr. Kornblum: In your letter dated January 24, 2007, on behalf of QVC, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A photograph was provided with your letter. The jewelry and cosmetic table is composed of wood, and is available in an oak or walnut color. The table holds jewelry in the top portion, which can be accessed by opening the top of the table, which also serves as a lid. The inside of the lid has a mirror. The two functional drawers have dividers in them to store various cosmetic items, such as lipstick, nail polish, brushes, etc. The table measures 21 inches in width, by 15 inches in depth by 32 inches in height.
