The submitted sample is identified as “Collapsible Cubes.” It is a package that contains two collapsible storage cubes. They are two open boxes that are constructed of spunbonded non-woven fabric over collapsible cardboard frames. Each measures approximately 14”H x 14”W x 14”D and features a fabric loop handle on the front surface. You state that they are used for the storage and organization of toys, books, sports equipment, linens, clothing, etc. The applicable subheading for the storage cubes will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
