The subject merchandise is stated to contain 24.0 percent sugar, 24.0 percent cocoa butter, 22.5 percent dry whole milk, 11.5 percent cocoa paste, 9.0 percent inulin oligofructose, 9.0 percent corn dextrin, and traces of soya lecithin and vanillin. The total milk solids in the product are 22.5 percent. The total milk-fat in the product is 7.4 percent. The product will be shipped in blocks weighing 5 kilograms. It is intended for use in enrobing cakes, pastries and confectionery. The general rate of duty will be 10 percent ad valorem. If the quantitative limits of additional U.S. note 10 to chapter 4 have been reached, the product will be classified in subheading 1806.20.8300, HTS, and dutiable at the rate of 37.2 cents per kilogram plus 8.5 percent ad valorem. In addition, products classified in subheading 1806.20.8300, HTS, will be subject to additional duties based on their value, as described in subheadings 9904.04.59 to 9904.04.66, HTS. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
