The submitted sample is a pillow sham (SKU 2183507). The sham is made from 67 percent polyester and 33 percent cotton woven fabric. It features an overlapping flap closure on the back. The face of the sham contains an appliqué and embroidery of a spaceship. All of the edges are finished and the sham measures approximately 21 x 27 inches. The applicable subheading for the sham will be 6304.92.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other furnishing articles, excluding those of heading 9404: other: not knitted or crocheted, of cotton. The duty rate will be 6.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/. The pillow sham falls within textile category 369. With the exception of certain products of China, quota/visa requirements are no longer applicable for merchandise which is the product of World Trade Organization (WTO) member countries.
