Dear Ms. Aldinger: In your letter dated November 27, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is the LED Battery-Operated BBQ light. A sample of the BBQ light was provided with your ruling request and will be returned to you. The BBQ light consists of 5 Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights encased within a 2-inch metal cone at the end of a 22-inch length of ?-inch flexible metallic tubing. Mounted to the base of the metallic tubing is a 3-inch by 2-inch by 1-inch plastic battery housing with an on/off switch and a slide-on 2-inch “C” clamp.
