Dear Ms. West: In your letter dated November 28, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. As requested, your sample will be returned. Style 95754 “Carpenter Jean” is a pair of men’s 100% cotton, blue denim pants that are fully lined with 100% cotton woven yarn dyed flannel fabric. The pants feature a flat waistband with seven belt loops, a fly front opening with a zippered closure, a metal button at the waistband, quarter pockets at each side, a small pocket inside the right front quarter pocket, two rear patch pockets, a self-fabric hammer loop attached to the left rear pocket, three utility pockets near the side seams below the rear patch pockets, and hemmed legs.
