The sample consists of four identical gift tags packed in a plastic retail bag. Each die-cut 3-1/4” x 4-3/4” tag is composed of a coated printed paper laminated to a stiff paperboard described as puzzle board. The shape and printed design of the sample submitted resemble a snowman’s head. The back of the tag is printed with the words “To” and “From,” by what appears to be a lithographic process. A hole is drilled at the top of the tag and a string is attached, enabling the tag to be tied to a gift package.

A sample of the product to be classified, identified as “Strung Die-Cut Gift Tags,” Item # 903012, was submitted. The sample consists of four identical gift tags packed in a plastic retail bag. Each die-cut 3-1/4” x 4-3/4” tag is composed of a coated printed paper laminated to a stiff paperboard described as puzzle board. The shape and printed design of the sample submitted resemble a snowman’s head. The back of the tag is printed with the words “To” and “From,” by what appears to be a lithographic process. A hole is drilled at the top of the tag and a string is attached, enabling the tag to be tied to a gift package.
