The submitted sample, PP #357498 (women’s Gold Wash Jacket) is a woman’s jacket constructed from 55 percent linen, 42 percent cotton and 3 percent spandex woven fabric. The jacket features long hemmed sleeves, a notched collar, two patch pockets below the waist, a back vent and a full front opening secured by two buttons. The collar, front opening, hem, pockets and sleeve edges have a frayed trim. The applicable subheading for the jacket will be 6204.39.8060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers, dresses, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear): suit-type jackets and blazers: of other textile materials: other: other: other: women’s. The duty rate will be 6.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
