The submitted sample, style PP 354119, is a woman’s vest constructed from 100 percent polyester knit fleece fabric. The vest features oversized armholes, a funnel-like neck, two pockets at the waist and a full front zippered opening. The garment also has contrasting colored capping around the collar, arm openings, pockets and front opening. The outer surface of the garment measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the horizontal direction. The applicable subheading for the vest will be 6110.30.3035, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for sweaters, pullover, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: of man-made fibers: vests, other than sweater vests: women’s or girls’. The duty rate will be 32 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
