As requested, the sample will be returned to you. Your submitted sample, Style 750872 Light Up Musical TuTu is a girl’s costume skirt. The well-made costume consists of a skirt constructed of woven polyester fiber fabric with a double layer mesh overskirts. At the waist is device that plays “Swan Lake’ and fiber optic strands that light up. The skirt has styling features, a well-made waist and seams and finished top of the skirt edge.
