The submitted sample will be returned, as requested. Style A6420 is a women’s blouse made from a lightweight embroidered woven fabric of 100 percent cotton. The blouse is fully lined and extends to the hips. The garment features long, hemmed sleeves; a shirt collar; a full front opening secured by five buttons; side entry pockets located below the waist; a rear yoke and a hemmed bottom with side vents approximately one inch high. The applicable subheading for style A6420 will be 6206.30.3041, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of cotton: other: other: with two or more colors in the warp and/or the filling: women’s. The duty rate will be 15.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
