You submitted a sample of the “Enfamil Round Cooler Bag.” It measures approximately 5½” in diameter and 4½” deep. It has an outer surface of a sheeting of plastic, a full lining of PVC, and a 3mm middle layer of foam. The bag has a webbed handle and an all-around zipper. On top is a metal medallion with the Enfamil logo. The applicable subheading for the insulated cooler bag will be 4202.92.1000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for insulated food and beverage bags, with outer surface of sheeting of plastic, other.
