Lauderdale, FL 33301 RE: The tariff classification of printed paper stickers from China. Dear Mr. Crago: In your letter dated August 21, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A sample identified as an “ABC Stickers Book,” item # A068KA00122D (SBA0123), was submitted for our examination and is being returned to you as requested. It is a 5¾” x 9” pad consisting of six bound sheets of release paper, each of which bears a number of die-cut, self-adhesive paper stickers that can be peeled off and placed on other surfaces as desired. Most of the stickers are printed with letters of the alphabet, while a minority are printed with designs described as “decorative borders and accents.” The printing appears to have been produced by a letterpress process. The applicable subheading for the above-described product will be 4911.99.8000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other (non-enumerated) printed matter.
