Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number GDKP563H, is a woman’s sleeveless dress that is constructed from 100% polyester woven fabric (the upper chest area) and 100% polyester openwork knit fabric with inwrought designs (the remainder of the dress). The openwork knit portion of the dress is lined with woven fabric. The dress features spaghetti straps, a wrap style bodice with a snap closure, a V-neck, a square back, and a scallop bottom edge. The essential character is given by the knit portion of the dress, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), General Rules of Interpretation (GRI), Rule 3 noted.
