The submitted sample will be returned to you as requested. Style C2C consists of a woman’s shirt and pants constructed from 100 percent cotton woven denim fabric. The shirt features short sleeves, a collar, side vents, embroidered design on the lower front panels and a full front opening secured by five buttons. The pants feature an elasticized waist, side seam pockets, Capri-length legs with side vents and an embroidered design on the lower front legs. The applicable subheading for the shirt will be 6206.30.3010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of cotton: other: other: with two or more colors in the warp and//or the filling: women’s. The duty rate will be 15.4 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for the pants will be 6204.62.4010, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers, dresses, skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear): trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts: of cotton: other: other: other: trousers and breeches: women’s: blue denim. The duty rate will be 16.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
