The submitted sample is identified as a “Glove Grabber.” The item measures approximately 9½”L x 2”W and is constructed of 100% woven nylon fabric on one side and hook-and-loop fastener on the other side. It features a plastic carabiner on one end and a plastic buckle on the other. Pictures on the retail packaging seem to indicate that it would be used to attach a pair of sport gloves to a golf bag, bicycle, or other piece of equipment. The item is not subject to any quota restrictions.
