Submitted style 682025, manufactured from knitted fabric of 49% acrylic/45% cotton/6% polyester, is a long-sleeved, cardigan-like garment that does not extend to the waist nor fasten together at the front. The submitted sample is being retained by this office for reference purposes. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6114.30.3070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other garments, knitted…, of man-made fibers, other, other, …girls’. The duty rate will be 14.9 per cent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
