Dear Mr. Coe: In your letter dated June 28, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted samples are as follows: SKU No. 716147 is a bracelet made of base metal covered with imitation fur made of polyester. SKU No. 716146 consists of a pair of post earrings made of metal with a metal ornament that is covered with horsehair. SKU No. 716145 is a metal choker with a metal pendant that is covered with horsehair. The metal and the imitation fur used to construct the bracelet, and the metal and the horsehair used to construct the earrings and the choker, in each case form a composite good.
