The article in question is described as a “Baying Kit” which is used to join a “NetShelter Enclosure” to a “NetworkAir Module”. The NetShelter Enclosure is essentially an enclosure for electronic equipment, while the NetworkAir Module is an air conditioning unit designed to cool the electronic equipment housed within the NetShelter. The Baying kit is comprised of metal trim pieces and the fasteners necessary to mount the air conditioning unit to the equipment enclosure. The applicable subheading for the Baying kit will be 8415.90.8085, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other parts of air conditioning machines. The general rate of duty will be 1.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
