Submitted style 860731, manufactured from finely rib-knitted fabric of 60% cotton/40% acrylic, is styled by short-sleeves, a round neckline, and a partial-front, buttoned opening. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6106.10.0030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …girls’ blouses and shirts, knitted…, of cotton, girls’, other. The duty rate will be 19.7 per cent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
