Submitted style 729-900/831-9012/945-900, manufactured from jersey fabric of 100% acrylic, is styled by long sleeves and a v-neckline. As you have requested, the submitted garment and its accompanying component parts are being returned. Because the there is not continuous line of demarcation at the back panel/neckline, the applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.30.3059, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers…knitted…of man-made fibers, other, other, other, other, other, women’s…, other. The duty rate will be 32 per cent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
