Submitted style CD452A126, manufactured from finely knitted fabric of 63% rayon/37% nylon, is styled by short sleeves and a round neckline. As you have requested, the sample garment and its accompanying component parts are being returned. Because the capping of this garment is not knit to shape because of the partial line of demarcation at the back panel, the applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.30.3059, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers…knitted…of man-made fibers, other, other, other, other, other, women’s…, other. The duty rate will be 32 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
