Dear Ms. Navidad: In your letter dated April 27, 2006, you requested a classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you as requested. The submitted sample, style 3006, Monster Marriage Costume Set consists of a full-body garment, headpiece and mask. The costume is worn by an individual and represents Frankenstein with his bride riding piggy-back. Also inflatable legs and torso will be included. The garment is made of knit 100% polyester fabric. The garment has styling, long sleeves, and legs, embellishments and a finished neckline with a tie closure at the back.
