As sample accompaned your letter and is being returned to you, as requested. Product no. PP 1039909, African Shea Butter Scented Gloves, are thumbless, fingerless mitts, approximately 10-1/2 inches long and 6 inches wide, composed of polyester terry woven fabric. An open compartment on one external surface of the mitt contains a sachet filled with wheat and corn grit, scented with African shea butter fragrance oil. The applicable subheading for this product will be 1404.90.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for vegetable products not elsewhere specified or included…other. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
