Dear Ms. Lanoue: In your letter dated April 4, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted sample, Style #65191540, is woman’s shirt constructed from 100% nylon knit fabric. The garment features a stand-up collar, long sleeves, a full front opening with a six-button closure, and a bottom finished with velvet trim. The garment also has velvet trim around the neckline, cuffs, and placket. The fabric of the shirt has more than 10 stitches per centimeter counted in both the horizontal and vertical directions.
