Lauderdale, FL 33301 RE: The tariff classification of a child’s costume from China. Dear Mr. Crago: In your letter dated March 8, 2006 you requested a classification ruling. The sample will be returned to you as requested. The submitted sample, item C079BA00425, Ladybug Costume Set consists of a dress, headband and wings. The dress is made of a polyester knit velour top and a woven bottom with several layers of netting. The sleeves are made of net with and back hook and loop closure. The top portion imparts the essential character of the dress. The costume is well made with styling and embellishments.
