Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number 41269R, is a woman’s tailored suit-type jacket that is constructed from 100% cotton knit fabric. The garment has more than 3 panels sewn together lengthwise and features the following: a mock collar, long hemmed sleeves, a full front opening with a 7-button closure, princess seams, and a hemmed bottom. The applicable subheading for the suit-type jacket will be 6104.32.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s suit-type jackets, knitted: of cotton. The duty rate will be 54.8 cents/kg + 16% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
