All of these panels features self start bottoms, self finished sides, full fashion marks around the armholes, and, in the case of the front and back panels, have self finished necklines.

You submitted a sample of a woman’s knit pullover, identified as style 46AF-W859. The garment will be returned as you have requested. The pullover is made of 57% cotton, 30% nylon and 13% silk knit fabric that measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the horizontal direction. For purposes of statistical note 6 to Chapter 61, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), the outer surface of the fabric measures more than 9 but 18 or fewer stitches per 2 centimeters in the direction in which the stitches were formed.
