Submitted style 2046 is comprised of three components, each of which is manufactured from finely knitted fabric of 60% cotton/40% polyester. One of the components of this style is a short-sleeved, legless garment that fastens together by means of snaps across the crotch and across one of shoulders. Another of the components is a bib that fastens together at the back of the neck by means of closures that are similar to the VELCRO brand, and the last of the components is a pair of booties. The applicable subheading for the this style will be 6111.20.6030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for babies’ garments and clothing accessories, knitted…, of cotton, other, other, other, imported as parts of sets. The duty rate will be 8.1 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
