Submitted style X6325B, manufactured from rib-knitted fabric of 100% cotton, is a long-sleeved, raglan-styled, turtle-neck pullover, each component of which has been knitted to shape, linked, and looped. The submitted sample is being retained by this office for reference purposes. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.20.2077, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for sweaters, pullovers…and similar articles, knitted…, of cotton, other, other, other,…girls’, knit to shape articles described in statistical note 6 to this chapter. The duty rate will be 16.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
