Dear Mr. Lo: In your letter dated March 13, 2006, you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of G-Star & Quadruple Manufacturing Services B.V. The sample submitted, article number 8321.416.075 “Men’s Track Raw Shirt”, is a men’s close fitting size medium shirt. The shirt is made of woven 100% cotton fabric with two or more colors in the warp and/or the filling.
