For purposes of Statistical Note 6, Chapter 61, the stitch count is more than 9 but equal to or less than 18 stitches per 2 centimeters measured on the outer surface of the fabric in the direction in which the stitches were formed. The garment features a V-neckline and a tubular hemmed bottom. The front panel is knit to shape with a self start bottom, self finished sides, and full fashion marks at the armholes. The back panel is knit to shape with a self start bottom, self finished sides, and full fashion marks at the armholes. The knit capping for the neckline only features self finishing on the ends but not at the top and bottom of the component. It is not considered knit to shape. All components are looped and linked to form the finished garment.

Your sample and components are being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number 6280M471, is a woman’s sleeveless pullover that is constructed from 65% rayon, 35% nylon, knit fabric. The outer surface of the garment measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the horizontal direction.
