Dear Mr. Erickson: In your letter dated February 6, 2006 on behalf of Dick Martin Sports, Inc. (“Martin Sports”), you requested a classification ruling. The samples will be returned to you as requested. Two samples of soccer scrimmage vests were submitted with your request. Style SVA2, scrimmage vest is made of mesh knit 100% polyester fabric. Style P1, scrimmage vest is made of woven 100% polyester fabric. Both items extend from the neck and shoulders to below the waist, have a large rounded neckline and oversized armhole openings that extend nearly to the waist. All edges are hemmed.
