Dear Ms. Labrosse: In your letter, which was received February 8, 2006, on behalf of Victor Innovatex Inc., St-Georges, Beauce, Quebec, Canada, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted three representative samples, which were identified as styles Network 9515, Mobile 9516 and Marquee 4916, respectively.
